VEBA Direct members choose a primary care physician (PCP) who serves as the central point for their care. Each enrolled member may choose their own PCP. Your PCP plays an important role in coordinating care, helping avoid unnecessary tests and services, connecting you to specialists when needed, and supporting you in achieving better long-term health.
