What is Whole Health Coaching?

A Whole Health Coach is trained to help you identify what matters most to you and works with you to set and achieve balanced goals based on your strengths, values, and identity. Together, you'll explore the eight interconnected Dimensions of Wellness specific to your life and develop goals and action steps to get you where you want to be.

How the coaching program works

From your first consultation through five coaching sessions, here's how Whole Health Coaching works.

Your coaching journey

  1. 1. Program Consultation (30 minutes) — Personal Health Inventory review and biometrics screening to establish your starting point.
  2. 2. Coaching Session 1 (55 minutes) — Develop a personalized plan built around your strengths, values, and goals.
  3. 3. Coaching Sessions 2–6 (55 minutes each) — Guided strategy discussions to track progress and adjust your action steps.
