Inspiring a Culture of “Whole Person” Employee Well-Being: AHA and VEBA Panel Discussion

Mar 10, 2021 — The American Heart Association and California Schools VEBA hosted a panel discussion focusing on creating a culture of healthy, empowered employees and recognizing that well-being goes beyond the benefits packages. Panelists shared how their organizations are working to address that challenge to create a culture that prioritizes employee well-being and how they, as leaders, show up to support their employees when they need them.
